Welcome to our website! By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Products & Custom Orders
All of our products are handmade using wood and other natural materials. As such, minor variations, natural blemishes, and grain differences may occur. These natural characteristics do not affect the quality or use of the item and are part of what makes each piece truly one of a kind.
Custom and personalized orders are made just for you and are non-refundable. If you need to make a change to a custom order, you must contact us within 3 days of placing your order. After that time, changes cannot be guaranteed, as production may have already started.
2. Production & Fulfillment Time
All of our items are made to order, with a standard processing time of 7–14 business days before shipping or pickup.
For custom orders, the 7–14 day timeframe begins after final mock-up approval has been received. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
3. Shipping
Shipping time is separate from production time. We provide tracking information once your order has shipped, but we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once your order is in transit.
That said, we understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, if a problem arises, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll do our best to work with you and the carrier to help resolve the situation.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for non-custom, full-price items on a case-by-case basis. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Please note:
- Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.

5. Online Payments & Security
We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase. We do not store your payment information, and we are not responsible for issues related to third-party payment services, including delays in processing or failed transactions.
Always ensure your information is entered correctly and that you're using a secure internet connection when placing an order.
6. Intellectual Property
All product photos, written content, and original designs on this website are the property of Starry Woods Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
We also work with commercially licensed design files from third-party creators. While not all designs are originally created by us, we hold the proper licenses to use and sell them legally.
Unauthorized use of any content, including licensed designs featured on our products, is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide during the order process is used solely for communication, fulfillment, and improving your experience. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or misuse of our products. Our items are decorative or functional as described and should be used with reasonable care.
9. Use of Site
By using our site, you agree not to misuse it in any way, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, or interfering with its operation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. By using this site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these laws.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
