Refund policy
We take great care in crafting each of our pieces and want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Custom Orders
All custom or personalized orders are non-refundable due to the made-to-order nature of these items.
If you need to make changes to a custom order, please contact us within 3 days of placing your order. After that time, we cannot guarantee adjustments, as production may already be underway.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom pieces once production has begun.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Clearance Items
All clearance and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly—whether that means a replacement or store credit.
