Processing Time

All of our items are made to order, with a standard processing time of 7–14 business days before shipping or pickup.

For custom orders, the 7–14 day timeframe begins after final mock-up approval has been received. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed of any delays.


Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship through trusted carriers using standard shipping methods. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. At this time, we only ship within Canada

For custom orders, shipping will be calculated once sizing and final details are confirmed, as dimensions may affect packaging and delivery costs.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we understand how frustrating shipping issues can be—if a problem arises, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.


Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in Trenton, Ontario for those who prefer to collect their orders in person. The same 7–14 business day processing time applies to pickup orders, as each piece is made to order.

Once your order is complete, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

If you're located in a nearby town such as Belleville or Brighton, please contact us for more information about potential local delivery options upon completion of your order.
